I’ve been known to clown-around. I’ve been telling people I’m a clown since April 1st 1998. And I have been doing a convincing job of it up to date.
Ballzup is the clown around town: in Darwin between May and October and Logan between October and May. I have started on a new career as a peer mental health support worker. I find ways to engage in creative activities with crazy people like me. In the past I have dealt with young high energy people. Now I’m dealing with an older slower clientele. It is taking some adjustment but I think I will raise to the occasion.

I hope my new life back in Darwin will include frequent trips to Bali. I need to finish my BA before I can get an artist visa. So for the time being I’m just going to have to do it as a tourist.

There is wisdom behind the mask of folly. In my travels I have had the chance to peruse the wisdom of the ages. I am well versed in the Western canon and have a good grip on Western philosophy and theology.
Philosopher
I just finished writing my first book. Now I have to find people to read it. It is about a crazy, alcoholic homeless guy traveling around the country. Visiting AA, rehabs, clinics, Mental Health and churches looking for help with his issues. It is a satirical commentary on the state of mental health and drug addiction in Australia. It’s a positive new of a dark subject with a happy ending.
